Flat in McLean
VirginiaFORMA was commissioned by the client to totally renovate a small flat on the 10th floor of a high rise tower close to McLean, VA. The one bedroom, one bath 900sf space was reconfigured according to a “white core in a grey box” parti, with the kitchen occupying the central core, all wrapped in a white textured envelope, while the rest of the apartment perimeter walls and ceilings are painted a charcoal grey. State of the art AV equipment, mid century modern furniture and simple accompanying pieces help make this space sublime.
