FORMA Design was commissioned to design a 10,000 SF expansion for the W.B. Doner & Company Headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland. The agency now occupies the top three floors (50,000 SF) of 400 East Pratt Street, with panoramic views of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. This addition builds on the spatial concepts of the existing space and reinvents the materials and finishes of the original design. In conjunction to office and support spaces, FORMA Design introduced new facilities that support audio visual technologies the agency has incorporated into client presentations.
